随着土地资源的日渐紧缺，来甬投资外商用地越来越难，同时我市大量厂房闲置待用。为此，宁波市外商投资促进中心建立了宁波市闲置厂房信息库。本信息库是为外商和宁波市闲置厂房业主建立的免费服务平台，目的是充分调动全市闲置厂房资源，为来甬投资的外商寻租厂房提供方便。

　　The Database of Workshop Resources for Rent of Ningbo is a free tool for foreign investors and owners of workshop in Ningbo. The aim is to help foreign investors to locate appropriate workshops, and exploit unused workshop resources better.
